Greetings! We are quite excited to be playing next week at the newly relocated and reopened Bottom Lounge in Chicago! From what we've heard to place flat-out rules and we can't wait to put on a great show there. We hope you can join us - if you've not seen us in a while, please don't miss this show! We'll just cut to the chase: our hibernation is complete, the weather is warming, we've got two shows coming up through May, and we've got a few new tunes ready to unveil in just a few weeks time at Cobra Lounge in Chicago. Along with fellow Chicago band tenniscourts, we'll be opening for Seattle band The Blakes. They're linked up above, so check them out. This is our second show at Cobra and the place rules. This city needs about four or five Cobras scattered around because we don't get down there enough.
Next up on May 30th, we'll be playing at Quenchers. Locals Hostage Juliet will also be playing.
Be on the looking for a new web site within the next month or so, and more shows to be announced as we get closer to summer. See you soon!

Hello there friends, we realized it's been a bit too long without a message here. We're still alive, just suffering through what has been one of the most miserable Chicago winters in years. The only thing worth doing when there's nothing worth doing outside is working on new music, and that's exactly what we've been doing since early January. We've got the beginnings of some great songs and we're really pleased with where things might go with them. Hopefully we'll record some demos within the next month and post them to the music section.
We're working on setting up some shows in April, and with any luck our first show back after these frigid months will show you what we've been up to. We're looking forward to it!
We are also way behind on posting the recording of our November 07 show at the Double Door and we hope to get that up soon. Check back often!

Hello friends, are you coming to the Double Door on Thursday November 1st? That's where we'll be, gracing their stage for the first time, and we are most excited! We go on exactly at 9:00 p.m. and it would mean the world to us to see all of you there. You can even save $2 by using this ticket. Just print it out and presto, a little more money for beer!
Tell your friends, pass the info along, it's going to be a great night. We're playing with two bands we're great friends with, New Colossus and Scale Model, as well as Northpilot - who we don't exactly know yet but will soon enough. Things have been going amazingly with our new drummer, and we'll have a new second guitarist for this show who is a show in his own right: as bassist for both Cracklin' Moth and Alison Breitman he's rather excited to be on guitar for the first time in a while.
